The Housing Authority has been entrusted to manage and maintain assigned housing projects to provide adequate and suitable housing for the benefit of our community. The Housing Authority sees its employees as our most valuable resource. The strength of the Authority is reflected upon the highly skilled and energetic workforce we provide.

The Prince Albert Housing Authority reports directly to a Board of Directors. Board Membership are appointed by Provincial and Municipal governments. Our Board is comprised of 9 local citizens whom serve their community without salary or payment of any kind. Their combined number of years that have been volunteered is 56 years.

We currently have 34 members in our organization working towards serving Prince Albert with the finest quality of property management. General Manager, Dave Deobald, has competent and courteous employees in the main office responsible for all administration aspects.

The Managers: Fred Taylor, Harvey Taylor and Brian Sochaski stands behind the quick and courteous service the maintenance department provides. The staff will respond to all inquires and requests regarding maintenance issues.

With over 2000 tenants to accommodate, we have 8 building managers and 12 maintenance personnel working with pride and efficiency to serve our tenants. After all, the key to our success is a satisfied tenant.
