The Prince Albert Housing Authority manages a community-based housing programs on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) committed to improve the quality of housing and enable clients to achieve or maintain their independance. The housing programs avaliable are Senior, Affordable and Subsidized Family Housing along with the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Programs and the Home Ownership Program.

We currently operate and maintain 956 dwellings in Prince Albert. The porfolio consists of 425 one-bedroom apartments designed for seniors, 225 Subsidized Family apartments, houses, duplexes and townhouses located across the city and also 306 Affordable housing units (fixed rental rate). These numbers represent approximatley 5% of Prince Albert's housing stock.
